Chartak, The Darshk Constitution

Updated: Sep 23

Planet Name - Chartak

Faction - The Darshk Constitution

The central hub of Aurora Novus, the planet-sized space station in which all people are welcome to come to trade ideas, cultures and goods. The Chambers sit at the centre of the station, where the leaders of each faction come to lead Aurora Novus itself. With so many people coming and going, Chartak is now the hub for supernatural activity, with magical creatures of all kinds making Chartak their home. The people here wear a lot of animal print and sportswear.

Key Locations

  • The Aurora Novus Chambers - Chartak is the bridge of Aurora Novus, the command centre that keeps the factions together, it is the most secure and defended location in the known universe with all four factions agreeing to defend it, and considering it "neutral ground" in all matters.

  • The Teleportation Hub - The Key Hub for the Teleportation Gate network that stretches across every planet within The Nexus it brings a tide of wealth, trade and goods into the station and a horde of unique individuals. If you need something, you can probably find it here.

  • The Cargo Bay - Rather ironically named, The Cargo Bay is huge mech knight facility capable of producing tried and tested designs for military applications. Bolstering a large standing army and space navy from which Chartak launches its operations.

Key Disadvantages

  • A Space Station - Aurora Novus is the central hub for all life, but it is a still a Space Station. It's ability to generate natural resources is tenuous at best, artificial air, gravital drive failures, synthetic food, and a lack of natural light puts a strain on long standing inhabitants.

  • Culture Shock - The central hub of all life during The Great Silence, and since the Nexus projected formed it is a melting point of Cultures, Governments, Religions and Ideologies resulting in a large amount of violent disagreements as a result of the clashing views.

Homeworld Race: Cogbot Some of the citizens within Darshk gained so many implants they end up becoming robots themselves. Cogs are those who look like they did when they were organic but almost everything has been replaced. They’re curious, courageous and a little bit dangerous. Gears, brass and pistons characterise their look.
