As a Saurian based on Apothiki, Graxx is an expert in reonic locks and very outspoken on the need for action above conversation. They are spearheading the next phase of unlocking, and are very public about their actions, skillset and opinions.
While they are in Zamorra by virtue of being from Apothiki, they consider themselves a member of the intergalactic community first and foremost. They can be a little disconcerting, but their intentions are broadly good.
