Around 150 years ago, Kilbride was established as a planet, Zamorra thought Gaius were sending the healthcare and vice versa. It never arrived. Then a solar flare completely severed Kilbride from the rest of the universe. The people cobbled together what they could but severe extinction events were a constant threat.
The planet was at constant chaos between pandemic level events, from diseases that would be fairly mundane to most planets, and war based on the extremely limited results. Then, around 45 years ago, a new political system emerged that allowed for those responsible for resource management to be placed into leadership system. This then led the people of Kilbride to the point they could restore planetary communications and reconnect to their core planets.

Wiskirk: A thriving continent filled with cities that are thriving with life, the city is peppered with large metal gates that destroy bacteria and viruses on people as they travel through the city, to prevent infection and there are at least three pharmacies in the city, serving the 12 million citizens.
Bretle: A thriving urban landscape with several smaller hamlets inhabited by the handful of doctors on the planet. These individuals live in relative isolation, to ensure they are are able to continue their work without risk of getting any form of illness. These doctors live in beautiful mountain homes with every possible need met by a range of staff.
Causwestia: A poverty stricken area that has been the victim to many natural disasters of this planet, the leadership have ceased major interventions and as such the local people have elected to run on a mostly anarchic approach that has been successful so far.
