The three layered planet of education and experimentation. On this planet, you may choose to vibrate at one of two frequencies to visit either the educational side, populated with universities the size of continents and libraries twice as large or the experimental side, a desolate wasteland where you can conduct any experiment you wish without harming the outside world. The Planet has a highly prized trading culture with a huge stockpile of resources and are often seeking rare materials and tech for their scientific experiments.

The Education Side: The Education side of Moraeus houses the vast majority of it's population, investments and infrastructure and is the main home and way of life for it's inhabitants. The side has a exceptional environment thanks its advanced ecological technology, and it's people focus on intellectual pursuits, academic advancement and elucidating problems.
EverKnowledge: A library, archives and educational centre that sits on the Education Side of Moraeus. It is one of the largest libraries and archival centres in the known reon, sprawling across a notable amount of Moraeus' landmass and subdividing into many sectors the size of cities.
The Desolate Side: An near-abandoned lifeless side of the planet where cutting edge Gifted and the most volatile of Arcanotechs are able to perform there craft with zero risks to the local populace, or the environment. It is a Weapon-Techs dream where all scientific testing limitations are lifted.
The Crossing: The crossing is a transit hub that exists between the two frequencies and is accessible from normal-space. It hosts the planets Teleportation Gate and is the central point for leaving or arriving at Moraeus, or switching frequencies.
Key Disadvantages
Vibration Drifting: Whilst the plethora of safeguards in place to prevent the frequencies from crossing is extremely sophisticated and clashes are rare, they can occur. Records indicate Extreme Gravity, and some other unknown phenomena can cause the frequencies to bleed across one another for typically lethal results.
Penal World: Moraeus is a notorious penal colony where the most dangerous and life threatening criminals from across The Gaius Commonwealth are sent and banished to the Desolate Side, never to be seen again.
Homeworld Race: Diabolian Diabolians are the native inhabitants of Moraeus, having supposedly spawned out of a Blackhole thousands of years ago. They have strange colours and patterns on their skin and horns. A mercenary race which usually operates in clans, they have a talent for trade and they always get what they want.
