Albion Borre was born into a family of wealth and success on Emerizia and is of Human/Silvanesti heritage. He studied Technophilia at Keystone University and later became an advocate for Chlorotech. After leading successful efforts in several scientific disaster relief charities, he neatly side stepped into politics where he served two terms as the Minster of Environmental Protection and Foresty Control. He was recently elected to the Emerizian Council, the defacto leadership circle of the planet. "We must not fear the future, Emerizia is here to shape it."
