Happenstance, known as Happy by his friends, has been a comfortable presence on Gracchus for many years. People remark seeing him everywhere, from The Order of the Apple Tree, to the outer cities and the high peaks of Loth Dathra, to the Infinity Workshop, where he is most often found. Truly a social dragonfly, he is known for his eager desire to help, and push the boundaries of what helping can really look like.
One of the most renowned Inventors of the Workshop, Happenstance is also known for his unconventional and effective solutions to any problem. Following a near-unanimous election result, he was recently chosen as the new leader of Gracchus, with the aim to, quote, "bring the potential of The Workshop to all aspects of our beloved planet."
Happenstance is a member of House Lithium and has one of the most variable voting histories on record, contradicting his own votes on policies numerous times within the space of a few hours.
