Emerging from the calcified data remnants that formed Scora’s heart, he was “born” (well, printed) fully integrated with its sentient architecture. Every thought and action he takes resonates within the vast data streams of the planet, making him both its spokesperson and its protector. Although considered wildly aloof or intense by his peers, he is seen as a true visionary, one whose perspective is deeply entwined with the fractured memories and logic that make up the planet.
Driven by an innate desire to unlock the ancient knowledge trapped within Scora, Malachai has set up programs to study and decode the anomalies that plague the planet. His leadership style is measured, almost algorithmic, as he weighs the pros and cons of every decision.
He often experiences bouts of existential doubt, haunted by fragments of past lives embedded in the planet’s data, which occasionally bleed into his consciousness. These episodes leave him vulnerable, as he slips into a near-hypnotic state, caught in visions of Scora’s tumultuous history.
