Vilanth, The Virtual Union of Cyte

Updated: Sep 23

Planet Name: Vilanth

Faction: The Virtual Union of Cyte

A robotic utopia set in against a harsh tropical jungle populated with dinosaurs. Vilanth’s three major countries, Kaypoint, Warguard and Kilgate work in complete harmony as they focus on their key designations within the planet’s ecosystem.

Key Locations

  • The Nesting Grounds: A hostile location for even the most intrepid explorers of Vilanth's jungles, here monsters keep their nests. Using state of the art technology, Ringmasters have been monitoring breeding pairs and taking singular eggs from unquestionably powerful nests for years.

  • Metacity: A huge city that is built as far below ground as it is above, a huge number of the population of Vilanth call the city home. The central point of the city is a huge ring where warriors battle it out for entertainment, glory and payment.

  • The Primal Fortress: The Military bastion from which Cyte's strategic dominance has been projected from for thousands of years, hosting the largest contingent of mech knights and military ordnance within Aurora Novus. It also hosts a vast training complex for Peacekeepers.

Key Disadvantages

  • Home of Monsters: Vilanth is birth place of Augmented Monster Wrangling, due to the particularly ferocious dinosaurs that stomp across this jungle world. Their migrations mass up tremendous damage each year and the local Peacekeepers are constantly on patrol to thwart their attacks.

  • Restricting the Gift: Vilanth has outlawed the usage of Arcanus on the planet after it proved to be to dangerous for unlicensed usage. The surge in illegal Arcanus only worsened as the practitioners were forced underground and to take desperate acts. It is a major issue on the planet to this day.

Homeworld Races: Peacekeeper Peacekeepers are the muscle of Cyte, but these robots aren’t programmed for emotion, instead they favour logic and rational consideration. Able to pilot mechs in ways few others could ever consider, Peacekeepers have been the deciding force for hundreds of wars. They have no exposed flesh and are usually covered in lights.
